Excellent customer service from our sales exec Kirsty Norwood

After having a shocking experience ( which I’ve notified VW Customer Service about) at a dealership I’ve dealt with for 40 years - I gave VW a last chance and went to a different dealership … and thankfully have had an excellent experience from the female sales executive there.

Part difficult for follow Polite and efficient service

On a previous visit, cam belt was replaced. Immediately after cam belt was replaced (first time using car), there was an with juddering at a specific RPM. Previous Service reluctant to accept there was an issue and suggested it was a result of using supermarket petrol. I wasn't satisfied with this suggestion, at all. On my most recent visit for a major service/ mot, there was a new service rep (James). Very good. He listened. He took first steps to try and resolve the ongoing issue mentioned above. He also took the time to explain technical issues, and made picking up the car convenient for me. The video service report (by mechanic Nancy), was also very good as she took the time to outline works/ checks done and recommendations. As far as I can tell all the works were done to a high standard, as there have been no further issues.
