Would have been 5 but I asked if someone could value the car while it was in said they would ask sales, as was looking to trade it in against a new Tiguan.disappointed with the customer service there !!!!

Told me exactly what the woman on the phone in Newcastle said apart from one thing so I was able to correct it Service desk was rather rude and blunt felt a bit uncomfortable but the road test with the mechanic he was absolutely fabulous I was very very anxious about things and he explained things really well to help we feel at ease
