Mileage and offer price were attractive, but on enquiry the mileage estimate was not very well estimated (estimate 15mi, actual 6281mi), making this vehicle non-viable for us. Balancing that, Kirsty was excellent...knowledgeable, polite and professional.

Ensure that the car was in perfect order It wasn’t and had a malfunctioning rear window which had not been checked. This resulted in the car having to be brought back for 2 hours to be fixed. Explanations of the controls was rushed for an 80 year old customer!
