Potentially excellent system, but it was running a couple of hours behind actual - conversely service team were ahead of the reported progress - all finished within the day from revised checking at 11 as opposed to original 830 - agreed the day before Excellent support at reception from new reception team - stark contrast to former "post holders" who weren't user friendly - mot and service done nicely - slight hiccup in reporting as system was down for some reason, but talked through paper copy nicely

Very goood treatment from Mark the salesman but an initial offer from the salesmanager higher price than the price on your website . However even the revised price was not competitive with many other VW garages for the same vehicle
