came to see the car it was poorly prepared trims we're all corroded on the car did not meet my expectations of Lookers prepared car as I had recently purchased a polo from Darlington .I had travelled from middlesbrough to view the car but I left feeling deflated and my expectations not met

3 star rating: staff were friendly and helpful but inefficient - I asked for the battery health of a vehicle and it was not provided. This prevented me from making a decision whether or not to purchase the vehicle. So, I moved on and found a car elsewhere.

I had called at lookers interested in trading in my golf for a newer model, I was not approached or acknowledged. Eventually on finding a staff member it was assumed I wanted to buy a brand new polo, and was then lead into a long speech about warranties, which was totally irrelevant. I was also left sitting in empty showroom for over 20 mins waiting. It was the worst experience as what I wanted was never asked, I was just lead down a path and ignored my needs .

There was no pressure put on you to buy a car

Looker’s Carlisle has always been very good with me especially the sales manager Paul. I would like to say a personal thank you to him for all the time and effort he gave me.

I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time and then left! Hmm!
