Comments made already see question 1 This is the first time since I bought my Tiguan that I haven’t given 5 stars in my review.This is the first time I didn’t receive a video of the health check that I thought was standard,it did say in my communication confirming of the appointment that one would take place. It’s not in itself a major fault by any means, the work was carried to the highest standard as usual and the service was first class, but you asked for my comments and I submit this and close with the footnote that the staff and workmanship at Carlisle VW is second to none.

Overall good service , waiting for a slot to can work done can be a a few weeks due to having a busy schedule ,and contacting the garage by phone can be a problem , otherwise the service manager is good and helpful work was done and everything was very professional and good I will use them again for other repairs .

Everything was fine, except the parcel shelf and advertised carpet mats were missing from the car.
