I believe it was James I dealt with on the service reception. He was absolutely brilliant! I've dealt with a lot of service departments and even worked in car sales at another well known dealership. Every service receptionist I've met has always been unhelpful, moody and provided poor service. James however was brilliant, genuine, helpful and an asset to the dealership. He put my mind at ease that the service was approved by my lease company, work was organised and carried out very quickly.
