User friendly Dropped car in at 0830 for an MOT and diagnostic check for 3 issues which appeared to be connected. Running on frequently, normally idles at 800 but often 1000 and automatic stop start doesn't work most ot the time. I watched the progress on a link attached to a text message I received. Nothing much happened until early to mid afternoon when the status moved to stage 2. Nothing else happened on the status report , which I was told wasn't accurate when I picked the car up. I went to collect the car at 4pm and sat in waiting area until 5pm when I was handed the keys.An AM or PM slot would be better if the work to be completed was only a couple of hours

The last time I came in with a problem the issue was very quickly solved and also a good explanation was given as to what to do in case this ussue crops up again.
