It is easy to do and saves time when the car comes in. Very polite and helpful receptionists. Good supply of tea/coffee. Could be warmer when waiting.

quick efficient and effective. Polite and friendly welcome, work carried out on time. Reasonable area to work in whilst waiting. (A water fountain or similar would be good though)

Ease of use. Despite Sandra having to manage on her own since the previous receptionist left I was surprised by how much care and attention she provided. An example being she removed the home keys from the fob and handed them back to me, something I would never have thought about. While waiting to collect the car she made sure we were supplied with tea and coffee. When the car was completed she kindly took the time to take me to my car.
