Excellent friendly and helpful service from sales agent Marcin. I chop one * because I think, with such a highly complicated car as the Arteon, you should insist on a longer briefing - particularly for someone obviously not tech-savvy! Mostly my fault - I should have asked more questions.

Mileage and offer price were attractive, but on enquiry the mileage estimate was not very well estimated (estimate 15mi, actual 6281mi), making this vehicle non-viable for us. Balancing that, Kirsty was excellent...knowledgeable, polite and professional.
