Two men on reception very polite and helpful and explained everything that was going to be done. Work could be done while I waited and there was a place for me to work using my laptop.

Did the job and managed to book, but there were no options to pick rental car or drop off No issues once there, but by time of enquiring there were no rental cars available and no option for pick up or drop off

, HELPFUL WAS COURTEOUS, HELPFUL BUT NOT PUSHY. HE WAS NEW TO THE BUSINESS AND DID NOT HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION TO HIS FINGERTIPS. HE WILLING PROVIDED QUOTATION FOR PCP ON ARTEON MEANTIME WE CONTINUE TO CONSIDER OUR CHOICE OF VEHICLE. IT WAS USEFUL TO HAVE TEST DRIVE.

The cleaning of the inside of the car wasn’t done properly - required hoovering and cleaning. Outside was cleaned thoroughly. Other than that great service.

Potentially excellent system, but it was running a couple of hours behind actual - conversely service team were ahead of the reported progress - all finished within the day from revised checking at 11 as opposed to original 830 - agreed the day before Excellent support at reception from new reception team - stark contrast to former "post holders" who weren't user friendly - mot and service done nicely - slight hiccup in reporting as system was down for some reason, but talked through paper copy nicely
