Amanda in Service dept is excellent, very professional and courteous.

Online booking system didn’t clearly show that a service was being booked and a customer service advisor had to check. I didn’t encounter this problem when I booked in my other VW recently, not sure if this was user or system error. Keep informed of progress and more importantly you were able to carry out an urgent repair/replacement of front brake discs and pads

From the minute I set foot into the showroom Rachel was excited as I was to handover my car - she made the experience memorable From setting foot into the showroom for my initial visit to look at cars Rachel was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and talked me through everything in thorough detail. She emailed me and I was very surprised to see she was a trainee. I felt she was very experienced and a credit to Lookers.

Great customer service

I was really impressed with the work that was done and the handover was done very efficiently. Ryan Mcdonald who was dealing with this for us went out of his way to ensure our vehicle was prepared to the best standards for us and made sure to rectify any queries we had as well as making sure himself that the car got back to us in a super efficient manner. I was very impressed by the service he provided throughout.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful, they ensured the car would be fixed in such short notice before we take it for a long drive for our holiday. 5* and more!

Overall good service but a little disappointed about the wait time, I was told 2 to 2.5 hours and despite arriving around 815 it was over 3 hours for a minor service and MOT (no issues). I specifically booked a waiting appointment as I live quite a distance away.

Everything was well organised and very smooth.
