A very good service overall but there is no online option to simply book an annual service without adding faults or extras.Have used other Lookers branches before but never Darlington.... it's a good first impression

Online booking system didn’t clearly show that a service was being booked and a customer service advisor had to check. I didn’t encounter this problem when I booked in my other VW recently, not sure if this was user or system error.Keep informed of progress and more importantly you were able to carry out an urgent repair/replacement of front brake discs and pads
