Sam H was very helpful.However, last time I had an appointment I asked for the break shoes on my car to be changed. This did not happen and 3 weeks later my breaks seized up again. I had to call out the aa for a 3rd time and book yet another appointment with lookers. Thankfully this time it was noted that I had been advised a month earlier to change the break shoes and this was completed. I was not impressed at this as I had to pay again for the service.
