The initial booking form, in spite of asking for the Reg of my vehicle and registering that it was a Touareg showed indicative pricing of around £300 (cant remember the exact figure). I assume this was for a standard VW car as the total cost when the confirmation came through was £499.Easy to book in, kept up to date with the progress on the day - all work completed as agreed and on time. Also looked at a parking scrape and booked in for repair this week.
