The online checking in system is so easy to do and saves time for everyone concerned.I love the online booking in system so it saves you time at the Reception desk althoughI do like engaging with the staff - they are always friendly. This branch is my local VW garage - no issues to park in the customer bays and always a clean and friendly environment once entering the garage. I didn’t use the reception area this time but do know you can help yourself to a brew whilst you are waiting which is my usual choice

Car could have been valeted to a higher standard, tyres could have been checked aswell as the tyre depth on the drivers front.Ryan was welcoming and very polite.
