Apart from the passage asking you to sign and accept too pay what ever, it was fine.I think the payment passage needs rewording.Every thing was well organised and done efficiently.

Good comms, that’s the bit you notice as a customer.And , having looked at the reports, I would really like somebody to explain to me how my tires have grown extra tread in the six weeks since the car was last with you? Seriously, please look at the two reports and get someone to call me because I have low confidence in the tire readings. They simply can’t be right. ThanksGreat front of house team comms. Makes a difference.
