From arriving at Lookers to leaving perfect. Staff very polite and friendly and made my visit a pleasent experience. Finally my car was returned washed and vacuumed looking pristine, another nice touch.

Can't fault Michael and the rest of the team who I spoke with. The whole process was made so easy thanks to the friendly atmosphere. Much better experience than I've had elsewhere buying a car in the past. Plus I love the car.

Excellent from the moment I contact them to explain that the petrol cap did not close properly. The mechanic checked and the replacement part was ordered. We arranged a convenient date and time for the work to be carried out.
