Excellent service in particular from Michael who served us all the way through. There was no pressure and also no pushiness into which car was better or which one to choose. It was a very relaxed environment, and nothing was too much to ask.We were back and forth at the garage quite a lot decided which car and again, nothing ever felt pressured.Upon pick up of the car, there was some minor issues and Michael allowed the car back to the garage within 30 minutes of the phone call. And everything was sorted within an hour (if that). Some lovely flowers were sent from VW as an apology which was so lovely.Again, nothing was too much to ask and there was always good communication throughout. There was a follow up phone call to double check everything was okay with the car, and it shows that you are valued as a customer buying a car.Overall had a very good experience at VW.
