Tried to book the service and MOT, however the system didn’t recognise that I had a Service Plan. Therefore I had to phone for an appointmentFriendly greeting on entering and directed to the Service desk were I was dealt with efficiently

The problem was noted twice, the 1st within 2 days of having the car and again 24hrs later. The vw manual states that the vehicle should have gone straight back to the dealer for assessment and repair. Instead it took 2 AA Callouts for someone to take notice.Once it had been assessed and confirmed that a part was needed to replace a faulty part. The part turned up within 48hrs. The service team got to work very professionally and the car was repaired within 2 hours. Sam, who was learning, explained what had been completed. He was very thorough.My point is if people had gone by the manual I would not have had to wait 8 days for a brand new car to be repaired. Thanks to Sam and the service manager. So far so good.
