I had a fault on my car that was covered under warranty. Having been told initially that I could not get an appointment for nearly 4 weeks, after a further week I asked if they could fit it in quicker as I was not able to drive my car in case it was causing further damage. They said if I could leave my car with them they would see what they could do. I took it in that day and had my car back and repaired by the next day. Very grateful.

Fantastic experience as always!

Very impressed with Liam who answered all of my questions and arranged for me to test drive an automatic T Roc. I was very apprehensive when he offered me the opportunity to drive a car with only me and my husband in as I had never driven an automatic in 55 years, however when I explained how I felt and requested him to sit in the car with us he quickly made himself available.

Rachel was fantastic with her knowledge on the car, kept me updated all the way and the presentation on the handover was amazing.

Very impressed by the level or service received and the regular F2F updates on the progress of my car. My car is a company car through a leasing company and requires approval for additional work to be carried which can be challenging. This was managed and dealt with in an efficient and extremely professional manner. Car had all required work carried to a very high standard and was returned fully valeted. I thought the service contact that dealt with me was first class. I would highly recommend Lookers
