Received great attention as usual. I'm not sure whether or not the member of staff was management but he (Michael Abraham) was 'first class'. Looking for a brand new Polo butworried about the new size compared to our 17 model Michael brought the new car round to our house and although he was able to get the new model in the garage I was uncertain about having to be so precise every evening so had to decide against buying one. If there is still a production line building the last model size I could have a rethink. Anyway I took a 2 year warranty out on our present car as I felt the dealership deserved something for all their effort. Mike Taylor

We had to wait for quiet a while for an available appointment and couldn’t use our car in between so this was disappointing but once in the garage we received excellent service and pleased to see it come back with a hoover out and a wash. It’s the little things that make the difference!!!
