Steven was professional and thorough throughout. However on first test drive of the car I noticed a smell and was assured this would be rectified accordingly, 2 weeks in and the smell is still there. I do not believe that your valeting department is up to standard to be honest, but apart from this the car is wonderful

I have to return to the dealership as work not completed yet as the hardwired dash cam harness was faulty on arrival a future date is to be arranged.when parts arrive ,this was all discovered on last visit and I was kept informed.thanks great service from them

Was not told there was Not Spare wheel and in stead a repair puncture kit.I might of reclined the vehicle if I had known a spare wheel was not provided .I suspect this was why I was not told .

Micheal Abraham was the gentlema we dealt with, and even though hr had to deal with me while only having 1 working hearing aid, he made what could have been an awkward situation a very comfortable and easy experience
