I would say that the salesman Ryan MacDonald was excellent covered everything required made a great effort from arranging test drive in the vehicle I purchased to the handover and is still dealing with a minor issue.The only issue that I have is the delay of fitting the Kenwood dash cam which is not down to Lookers , for it was ordered straight away by sales and parts who have both been chasing and keeping me informed not major issue but I feel your supplier is a little slow despite the effort of the parts and sales team. On a positive note the VW UP is a dream to drive and would use Lookers Darlington again Ryan MacDonald made it a good day thanks.

Great service car was in for warranty work was given courtesy vehicle

I was told that I would need a new clutch some time hence. It would have been nice to speak to an engineer about this. It left me confused not knowing how I would know when the clutch was failing and how soon it was likely to need replacing.
