My overall experience when purchasing my new car for Looker's VW was very good, and was carried out efficiently and professionally.As I wished to replace my 'old' VW UP! car with a 'new' version of the same model, negotiations were achieved quickly, and with little stress.

Amanda Potts was very friendly and professional, only feedback I would say is that I would have liked a mid-day update regarding my vehicle but I had to ring up for an update on it. Apart from that, everything was fine - glad that the update only took one day rather than over two days. Thank you

Great customer service

Lookers did a really excellent job in taking us through the process of replacing the engine of our 68-reg Passat (self-destructed for no obvious reason at 65K miles; as serial VW owners, we were remarkably disappointed both by this event itself AND by VW UK's complete lack of interest in offering any form of goodwill).Mark the Service Manager kept us very well informed, and worked efficiently to get the replacement sorted out. Will, the technician who did the work, did a grand job and showed excellent customer care by even bringing the car around to Reception himself when we collected it.In all, absolutely full marks to Lookers Darlington here!
