Excellent service and i found the video done by the mechanic was very helpful as it is good to see under the car when they explain the tyres, brake pads etc.

On handover day there were issues with access to VW finance. Both Jack and Daren handled it well, kept me informed and worked to ensure I took handover of my car as soon as possible. Great service.

Good service from Jack but irritated by the large number of reminder e mails to complete forms which had already been done.I would recommend your IT to look into this issue which spoil the overall customer experience.
