I worked with both Kieran and Joe and they both had great service. Nothing was forced and very informative with what was to offer. Slight problem with my car after purchase but Joe sorted it out straight away. Both also has great communication skills.

You service guy, Mark is a beacon for the dealership. He's very polite, immensely understanding and someone you feel you can really trust. My particular request was a little out of the ordinary, but Mark took it in his stride and did more than I'd expected of an ordinary dealership. I'd have no reservation in returning to VW Faverdale for my future vehicle needs. Keep up the extra-ordinary service.

Kieran Fisher was a pleasure to speak to - friendly, patiently answering my questions and making a helpful personalised video of the car, while also keeping me updated without resorting to pressure-selling. For a big dealer I would like to see a good warranty come with the car as standard, but shorter or non-existent warranties seem to be very much the norm these days, so for me this is an industry-wide issue. Although in the end I went for a car elsewhere, I would gladly use and/or recommend Lookers Darlington based on my experience.
