Kieran was knowledgeable and friendly. Darren however, his manager, agreed a £250 down payment, then after waiting months for the car called me and said he could lower my monthly payment if I took a package that covers the paint and the fabric in the interior. I was I’ll at the time and said yes. He sent the paperwork, I signed it. The car arrived and we went to pick it up to find that we owed another £250. Darren refused to do anything about it. We then asked him to at least fill the tank. He said he would look into it. Never did. Kieran on the other hand called us and said he had something for us. He gave us flowers and chocolate and I’m positive he paid for it himself. Kieran was brilliant and should be commended. Darren on the other hand should be investigated and reprimanded for his lies. He is disgraceful.
