When booking online we gave contact details but this dealership still used old ones they had on file, it seems really hard to get them to change details!

My experience was excellent. Lucy was very professional, polite, friendly and kept me informed about the status of my car.Very good customer service.

We initially visited the dealership to look at vehicles on forecourt. Staff were unavailable. I followed this up with a telephone call and spoke yo Keiron. He took my details and made note of whst i was looking for and at what price. He recontacted me as promised but was unable to find a vehicle to fit my budget.

I am an exciting customer of Lookers and prior to that would be Benfield and prior to that Colebrook and Burgess and Carrs of Hexham. Over the years I had bought many many cars and swop quite often to. I was however very disappointed in the offer that was offered to me for my current car as a trade in. Even though the said car had only done around 3k miles in a year!!and is in total tip top condition no damage or marks inside or outside. The same day I got back home and did a comparison on line and was offered a very good offer for it. It was a real shame on this occasion that I could not Pursue a purchase on this occasion.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, answering all my questions about the car that I was interested in. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who’s in the market to either buy a new car or a used one.
