The service I receive at Volkswagen is always to a very high standard. I have recently been in as my car had an MOT, and the woman who dealt with the MOT was extremely pleasant and friendly. Furthermore, I have recently been in Volkswagen to discuss my PCP contract ending, and the information provided to me was very helpful in discussing the next steps.

We were dealt with by Tim Taylor who was very helpful and knowledgeable and extremely polite and friendly and not at all “pushy “. We were very impressed by the vehicle we tested but found another car that filled our requirements. If we should ever need to replace our vehicle we would certainly visit your dealership again.
