Lovely friendly part's & service staff very helpful went above and beyond to help me out & garage mechanics did a fantastic job of fitting side steps to my new vw tiguan.

All the staff at Lookers Darlington were friendly, helpful and informative. The purchase of our second car from them was a pleasant experience from the initial call to the test drive and purchase. Thanks to Steven and all the staff for looking after us.

Excellent service

I bought a 3 door VW auto from Lookers in Darlington over the phone and internet for my 23 year old daughter as her first car.The sales person who dealt with my purchase Steve Bunn was first class and I could not recommend him highly enough. I was also very happy with the condition of VW Polo I purchased. As I live in Northern Ireland I wanted to arrange for the car to be picked up by a transporter however was advised by Steve that Lookers policy would not allow this due to concerns about fraud. This meant I had to travel to Newcastle to collect the car in person which was very inconvenient. After collecting the car I drove it back to Northern Ireland and when only seven miles from my home another car crashed into the back of the polo. There is a lot of damage to the rear of the polo and it may be written off by the insurance company, hence I may be in the market for another 3 door Polo auto. I expect a decision from the insurance company tomorrow. This was extremely unfortunate however could have been worse. The other driver has accepted full responsibility and is insured thankfully. I would like to respectfully suggest that Lookers need to review their policy about not allowing the car to be collected by a transporter. I believe your current policy is unnecessary and very inconvenient.
