Thanks Lucy fantastic customer service the only negative point is please can the allocated technician please return the driver seat to the original position and ensure the radio is back to the original station just a slight irritation!

The salesman was most helpful. I explained from the start that I was in the initial stage of looking for a car but he took time to answer my questions and paid attention to what I said. I also very much appreciate not being bombarded with follow-up emails or phone calls.

It was easy dealing with lucy. She has an uncomplicated communication style which I like and she went out of her to help my non existent mechanical knowledge. I am returning my car to the dealership for work due to my interaction with lucy. So that’s a result for Lookers.
