Lucy the Service Manager was professional, helpful and efficient through the whole service experience. Brilliant communication and high standards across the board.The minor service took approx 6 hours which was slightly longer than expected but updates were provided throughout the day and Lucy was more than happy to help with any queries or issues.

When booking in...young lady who spoke to me, spoke far too quickly and I had to interrupt her a couple of times to ask her to slow down and actually LISTEN to the customer instead rattling through a texted script...I was asking genuine questions, so wasn't very impressed to be honest

a bit pricey. £225 .74.. a local garage offered same service for £135.you were just over an hour doing it and charged £118-57 labour!!!!
