The car developed a fault (yellow transmission light came up 3 weeks after purchase) I went through to Lookers who booked me in the same day even though they were busy. They sorted it out the same day. Well done Lookers. Great service.

Always brilliant

Mark who was in the service area was very helpful . He was patient and understanding . Before my car went into the shop. He had one of his techs look up the issue and lean more about fixing the problem I had with my dash cams, as they were not the normal ones that are fitted by lookers. Amanda on the reception has always contacted me with updates and made sure I had a curtesy car when I personally decided to bring my car in to be looked at. All in all a first class experience. All the staff were very helpful. Thank you
