Agreed a new car deal on the telephone with David, subject to viewing and test ride. We turned up a few hours later and David/Ryan handled the test ride and handover. Everything was prepared and ready as expected with no surprises. No pushy sales nonsense either . Overall - very straight forward and drama free, what a refreshing change from many other dealerships I have dealt with. We were back on the road in around an hour, enjoying our new car. In a nutshell, 10/10 for a great hassle free experience. Ps 2 weeks on and still enjoying the new car!

I checked the car in with Amanda who was very friendly ,courteous and businesslike . The job was completed on time and at a fairly favourable price, and this was the reason for choosing Lookers, after having used alternatives for a few years . I imagine your rates must have been adjusted down?
