Sales representative Jenifer (Darlington branch) was both welcoming and knowledgeable, we were talked through different options and the process as a whole, leaving myself and partner without any questions. We felt we were given time to consider every aspect and not made at any point to feel rushed or pressured. During the following test drive many aspects of the car were shown to us or talked about, which helped us further in comparing/ deciding what we wanted out of a car and being able to walk away with a total picture of figures was a really big help in forming a following decision. Unfortunately at this time a purchase was not made, however our experience definitely give us something to think about in the future and confidence in returning to this branch particularly.

We got very good help off the lady. We are on Motability and we deal with the grants team and if we asked any questions that she wasn’t sure of the answer to she consulted with her manager. We asked for a test drive and the lady arranged all this for us.
