Not particularly keen on using the computer but, at least, it was better than joining the queue on the telephone. Car in for a service and MOT. In at 10am but not ready till 4.30pm! Good overall experience but I thought it took a long time.

It took 23 minutes to book in an MOT when talking face to face it takes about 5 minutes! We decided to book the cars service while we we picking up the car after MOT as could n't face another 23 minute booking in experience Polite staff who know their product! Plenty of info from the MOT results
