Easy to use and confirmed immediately. Just as well as you can very rarely get to speak to anyone on service by calling. Car was collected for MOT on time and returned promptly. Driver was polite and understood my requirement for the cae not to washed or the interior cleaned.

Just wanted to add that having had a new left front tyre fitting during the service I was inconvenienced slightly in that within 24 hours of having had the service carried out I had to reset the tyre pressures as the 'loss of tyre pressure warning light' came on whilst driving. Also I was promised a link to take out another Service Plan but this has not been done so far.
