Because the service we received was excellent.

Checking the car was good. Trying to get in contact with Lookers Guilford on multiple occasions was appalling. Even a 2 to 3 mi Ute wait with tiresome music which gives the impression the call may be answered and the not is frustrating. Car collection should be open till 6pm. Most people are working and finish at 5 so need time to get there. The car was not washed and cleaned as has been done before. No drivers to collect and drop off .

Great booking process Service i received was fantastic, a very smooth booking in process, all staff helpful and professional, work carried out quickly and expeditiously. The whole process of phoning to book an appointment too attending up until the collection of my vehicle was great. Can’t fault it
