Because I was wandering around at first there didn’t seem to be an obvious reception desk or somewhere to go with a walk in enquiry. In the end I approached someone and asked if I needed an appointment. He was then very helpful.

Easy process booking in a test drive. Great reception by receptionist who was exceptional. Salesman was great. Appreciated the fact that we could have a test drive by ourselves.

The service from the centre was great although one of the hybrid cars I wanted to drive wasn’t available. I have chosen a different brand simply because I preferred the drive of the car
