Excellent service overall. Only downside is that it was very difficult/impossible to get through to service department on telephone. Just rang and rang until message asking you to call back later.

Not keen on line booking, prefer to talk to someone. I seemed to manage it, not very well thought. I found the whole thing much easier than I thought. The first contact gentleman was really helpful and supportive of older clients. I got my documents printed which helps so much. A big thank you to all.
