This is my second booking with Lookers Guildford. While I have a vw place a mile from my house, their service is atrocious, and so I'm more than happy to venture the 20+ miles to this place because of their customer centricity, quality of service, and standard of work. The team is polite, courteous, they keep me informed, and are genuinely helpful. I'm definitely planning on sticking with Lookers for these factors, and will be avoiding the other vw dealerships.
