There seemed to be an error in your online booking system, as it would only allow me to have the car serviced at the VW Battersea, London, which is where I orginally bought the car. This is now inconvenient to get to and from my current residence in West Sussex, so I usually like to opt for VW Guildford, as the most easliy accessible dealership, but your online system would not allow me this option, so I had to call to make the booking. Everyone was helpful and courteous, from when the car was collected to the point it was returned to me.

All in all a very efficient handover for my new car.

The system was easy to use to check in - but it was a waste of time. I still had to queue and go through check in system when I got to the garage. Everyone in the service department was excellent. I did not give an excellent score because I had already booked in on-line and was expecting to simply drop off my keys. As it was I still had to queue for quite a while and then go through the whole booking in process again - which meant that i missed the bus back, that I was planning on getting.

Staff were extremely helpful and efficient as was the overall process.

I did not use it. My service was prompt, I was kept informed while I waited.

Listened to various wants from three different people regarding the purchase of 1, either a used, nearly new or new vehicle. Let us see the advantages, & minuses for each and appreciated whichever we chose would be a sale... All the team from Craig to Finance and Reception gave exemplary service. To make things better, the "driver" is really happy with the car we bought. Thanks.
