Craig was helpful and enthusiastic in the run up to the handover and made sure we were able to get the payment through and arrange the insurance cover so it was all ready to go on the day. On the day itself he gave a good run down and explanation of the car's features despite having to stand in the rain to do so. Would have been nicer if there was more clear communication from the manufacturing angle, i.e. better estimates for when it would be built/delivered, but what information he did have was communicated well.
