Provided a good service. From calling to book service in and then to completing service. However the car was not valeted as they close at 12pm on Saturdays.

Looked after me and my car perfectly

When booking I was unable to inform you the car had a current service plan, on 2 prior occasions I informed you of this, but when collecting the car you still seemed unaware of this. Everything went well and according to plan and the car passed it's MOT and was cleaned extremely thoroughly. From the visual health check I was verbally informed of three red advisories which I declined as I needed the car back. I only later was able to find the link to this on my phone and would have preferred a print out.

There wasn't anywhere to write free text, informing you the car had a service plan. After booking the car in I received several emails reminding me it was due a service. Everything went as planned, in the timescale suggested. The car had been cleaned well and even the DAB radio was fixed -I had not informed you it had a fault!

Everything was ready, polite staff, no issues.

Although I accepted the offer of a test drive I was not expecting that my Driving Licence would be withheld from me for the duration of the drive. It was interesting to take the test drive which is the only way to decide which prospective car to buy. I would like to have had more printed information about the cars available so I could take that to peruse at my leisure once home. Far easier to make a good sound decision.
