The whole procedure went very smoothly. Pleasant friendly salesman who was able to answer all my questions and the car is perfect for my needs. I live in Worthing so will be using local Volkswagen garage for servicing, rather than driving to Guildford.

Online booking and check in were easy to use. Service department made contact by telephone to clarify our requirements. Dropping car off was easy and service reception staff were friendly, competent and efficient. Car was serviced in a timely manner and we were kept updated of its progress via email. Car was also cleaned and looked immaculate upon collection. A great service in all ways! Great service reception staff!
