4/5 for Q1 as it was quite an expensive visit and it's too soon to comment on the quality of the work, although everything seems fine so far.

Overall fine. Disappointed the car was not cleaned prior to collection, but the collection service was very good and efficient. The video detailing the car status is useful. The car was kept for longer to carryout further remedial works, but due to the unavailability of brakes and discs I have to return the vehicle next week for this repair, which is frustrating. I also feel Volkswagen should advise that some maintenance is required after two years and offer this as part of the service plan, rather than as up sell products.
