All went smoothly

Customer service not very good since being taken over No acknowledgment on entering by hosts No pen available for self check in No acknowledgement at service desk I realise everyone is multitasking these days but it’s just simple manners Why is it when the car is booked in at 8.30 it’s never ready untill the end of day only if you wait When told car ready it was blocked in so clearly not available this is just bad management On the plus side the mechanics do a great job it is just bad customer service inside it feels like no one is happy at their job

Cameron was very helpful. Unfortunately the mpg of your vehicles were not so impressive.

Booking and confirmation very efficient, great digital communication during service.

I don't like your new(?) 'booking' system. Would have preferred to deal directly with the dealership rather than a remote location which had no record of car history (or me!) and the operative had to ask a lot of (in my opinion) a number of questions which would have been unnecessary if I had dealt direct with Lookers, Guildford

Everything was top notch

Lookers Guildford are a class act - the whole team are superb and we really enjoy buying cars with them!

The ability to leave messages directly with sales & service staff and not through the switchboard would be useful
