Furthermore, the trade-in price offered for my VW Passat was almost 25% lower than that offered unsighted by Carwow and took little regard of the proud service history I explained.The PCP APR rate was much higher than my banks lending rate.

HiI wanted to feedback a complaint.When I call Guildford Audi no one ever seems to answer the call within office hours in the week, just rings and rings and no answer and at times just rings off.There is no automated response to call later or use another number.I understand there may not be a receptionist or you are trying to save costs by not having one all the time but this is very frustrating.Given the high standards Audi adhere to I don’t think you are reaching those standards.The reason why I wanted to call is that the batteries in both keys on my Audi A3 are low already and the car is just over 2 years old. We made an two appointments to test drive a car.The first one, we received a call to cancel as it was the end of the month and there was no one available to take us. Why was the appointment allowed to be made if this was the case?On the second time, we arrived at the Guildford Branch to be told the sales person had only just been told about the appointment. We were then informed that there was no vehicle available to test drive as the member of staff that drove it wasn't in that dayPoor communication and planning. We won't be returning

Yes, Ryan was helpful but unfortunately after paying £180 for a diagnostic test we are still no closer to finding out what is causing the false alerts showing on the dashboard.The car bought from Lookers is 10 years old but only 57,000 miles on the clock.If anyone has any ideas please feel free to wade in.Janet Bolton

Sales person didn’t seem overly enthusiastic or chatty. I felt very awkward doing a test drive with him in the back, especially when I said something and he didn’t respond!Such a shame because VW have some great cars, but myself and my family have had repeated problems with this lookers garage, so I refuse to get another car from you.

Took a long time to get seen in the showroom, eventually finding out that the person we were booked in to see wasn't in that day. Thankfully one of the guys there still managed to sort out a test drive of the vehicle we were looking into.We were meant to get an email or call back from the Motability specialist that we had been booked in to see, but that hasn't happened. Looks like the 7-seater Tayron isn't available anymore on the scheme which is a shame, so we may have to go elsewhere unless it comes back on in January.

I left car there and till now they not find any solution to it .they say today on Friday 3/10/3025 they contact technical team in Germany but this dealer not update me now they are closed and will open on Monday I loss my earning I have to pay mortgage car loan monthly payment and other expenses. This dealer say take car to where you bought it we cannot provide replacement car or any PCO plated car or I hire PCO car from outside rental company and do my uber taxi work or to exchange it with the same car but they not solving the problem and not giving me car to take to Alan day . They also not give any money for compensation of my loss of work it’s nearly a week and they not give any definite date or answer what is problem with car they say we contact technical team in Germany .
