Vehicle looked spotless on the forecourt. All the information on instruments were explained clearly by Craig. He also gave up some time the following day to connect my mobile to the infortainment system and explain their use.

Mo was just brilliant, managed to find exactly the perfect vehicle for my son's first car.Why would you bother going anywhere else?

All work carried out satisfactorily.However, knocked off 1 star as there were inconsistent messages - different guidance on arrival when I specifically asked about additional scheduled activities (I.e. air con service) and told no, then over the phone later advised it was recommended.Also, their initial guidance was 1.5-2 hrs, and then additional work recommended but no guidance on additional time so expected a little longer….but not 4 hours, with no updates.

I have an outstanding item involving the sat nav which has not been resolved despite making multiple requests.
