Everything was explained to me during the handover and any questions I had were answered in a way that I fully understood.

While I was being attended, I notice that you provided a Service Plan on the desk with two Mot's and two Services. I went online, to book I spoke to Alex Dodds to see if my 6 -7 year old VW Polo with under 14.000 miles will be excepted for this special offer, so I went ahead with the Service Plan, When I got the agreement Plan 440161503235. , I notice the MOT was excluded, It would have been nice to combine them both. The work carried out was excellent. The staff was extremly helpful, could not asked for anything more with top professional people at hand to help me.

It's very easy to check in, but the tracking system doesn't appear to be kept updated. Unfortunately we were unhappy with the service from the dealership as a whole. Every time we have visited there has been an issue of some kind. It's impossible to get through on the phone so speaking to anyone is difficult. However, Dan Murphy was great! He did a really good job of explaining the situation and reaching a resolution with us.
